GFALA COMBO HT-HP Extra Low Liquor Ratio Fabric Dyeing Machine, with patented design, can achieve the full modes of dyeing, i.e. air-flow atomization dyeing mode, combination air-flow and hydro-flow dyeing mode and overflow dyeing mode, specially suitable for a wide range of fabric types, knitted and woven fabric, with GSM from 50g/㎡ to 700g/㎡, also for fabrics with high elasticity and high density. Has long distance online inspection control system and utility online inspection control system.

 

 

Machine Characteristics

Three dyeing modes can be provided according to fabrics’ characteristics:

1.      Air-flow atomization dyeing mode

2.      Combination air-flow and hydro-flow dyeing mode

3.      Overflow dyeing mode.

 

GFALA with its dual function of air-flow and hydro-flow is the best alternative for replacing traditional air-flow and hydro-flow machines, as well as over-flow machines and long tube machines with higher liquor ratio, to ensure crease-free and even dyeing quality.

Fabric transport system with extra low tension:

Patented design airflow and dyestuff injecting system as well as the fabric transport system can shorten the fabric cycle to reach energy savings and faster fabric running speed thus improving the dyeing quality.

Fabric loading system with widest range

 

Patented design round main kier equipped with D.R.S. (DIVERGING RING SHAPE) mirror-polished fabric trough at the bottom of the kier, lined with PTFE perforated sheet for smooth and orderly fabric transport, walls are likewise made of 8K-mirror polished stainless steel for friction-less fabric transport even at high speeds, eliminating crease marks and lifter tension.

Independent, adjustable and versatile plaiting system to ensure the capacity of each tube from 150kgs to 330kgs. The calculation of maximum capacity is based on 100% cotton fabric and with GSM of 250 g/㎡ or above. (Fabric width is 1.8m)

 

Extra low dye liquor circulation system

1. Overflow dyeing mode

LR: 1:3.25

Water consumption: 42-49 tons per ton cotton fabric

Steam consumption: <2.92 ton per ton cotton fabric

Power consumption: <137KW.H/ton cotton fabric

 

2. Air-flow atomization dyeing mode

LR: 1:3

Water consumption: 36-45 ton/ ton cotton fabric

Steam consumption: <2.5 ton/ton cotton fabric

Power consumption: <250/325KWH/ton cotton fabric

 

3. Combination air-flow and hydro-flow dyeing mode

LR: 1:3.25

Water consumption: 39-47 ton/ ton cotton fabric

Steam consumption: <2.7 ton /ton cotton fabric

Power consumption: <297/380 KW.H/ton cotton fabric

 

Nozzle system suitable for a wide range of fabric types

-          With patented design, it is able to control the parameters quickly and independently according to the fabric type.

-          It can also significantly increase the utilization efficiency of dyestuff to enhance level dyeing

-          Shorten dyeing time

-          It can also ensure even dyeing and eliminate crease marks through smooth transport of fabric

-          Ballooning effect on fabric after passing through the nozzle by means of air for changing fabric position to eliminate crease marks

Steam Consumption: 40%-60% savings compared with other machines

3. Versatile plaiter system with side-wise and forward-backward motion
